From brewer Miguel de Carvalho, Indiana Banana is an unfiltered Hopfen Weizen.
Not only a nod to the nickname of Miguel’s daughter, Indiana Banana also refers to the moreish aroma of the beer. The usual banana nose of a wheat beer was added to with three big American hops: Chinook, Citra and Willamette. These big fruit flavours conspire to create a beer that smells just as good as it tastes!
Expect a delightfully smooth and fruity wheat beer, with an added hoppy punch.
