Recipes with Jack Stein

 

 

We’re excited to announce we have renewed our longstanding partnership with Cornish chef, Jack Stein. Jack will continue as our chef ambassador, crafting a range of delicious recipes that pair perfectly with our beers. Tribute Pale Ale, Proper Job IPA, and Korev Lager.

We’ve been working with Jack – a familiar face on television and Chef Director of the Rick Stein Group – since 2018. Jack shares our passion for Cornwall, as well as the art of pairing great food with great beer.  The summer nights may be drawing in, but Jack’s put together some recipes for your late summer barbecues – each of which are a perfect match for one of our bottled beers.

CEVICHE OF SEABASS WITH TRIBUTE

Jack says: “For me, this is the perfect start to a barbeque. It’s a fresh fish dish where lime juice cures the fish. Start it off as you light the barbeque, and it will be ready to eat by the time it’s hot.”
